Peak Performance Run

Finally--we got the nice weather we've all been hoping for--it was perfect this morning.

The run started at Peak Performance and followed the Ogden River Pathway around 21st Street Pond and back. Total distance, about 3.5 mi. The trail is nicely paved and quite wooded--a great place for a Saturday morning run.

My only critique would be there was some garbage along the river and trail. If anyone is looking for an Eagle Scout Project or other service project, this would be a good one. Or, maybe a running club project?

A couple of other items: There is a Roy Complex 5k on April 4th (see calendar for details). Also I opened up the blog for comments. So, you are able to add your thoughts or ideas about the run.

I'll post the next run soon. Thanks Jon for planning this run and Trace Minerals Research for providing the water and nutrition samples.

Happy running,

Cris
